I am totally new to this “Website thing”. How does all the process work?2020-05-30T18:17:50+00:00

Never fear, that’s why we are here. You can learn about our time proven process on our process page.

How much does a website cost?2020-05-30T18:19:30+00:00

The cost of a website can vary depending on various factors, just like the cost of a house may vary. Though our website projects generally start in the $500 range for basic business sites and range upward depending on your unique needs.

How logn does it take to build a website?2020-05-30T18:23:23+00:00

Our standard websites take approximately 10-20 days to create. Our E-commerce (online store) websites take approximately 30 days to create. This time will vary from project to project and depends on the data (content provided by client)

Who will I work with during the project?2020-05-30T18:27:58+00:00

This is a great question to ask and you should ask it of any web design and development firm you are considering. Many firms will farm out work to freelancers or interns. Some firms give little or no access to client’s who want to speak directly with their designers or developers. Our clients work directly with our tight knit crew. Who that will be depends on your project needs and what stage of the process you are in during the project.

Can you help me write content for my website?2020-05-30T18:31:39+00:00

Yes. We include copy writing and editing in all of our proposals. We also build your sitemap and help structure the foundation of your website in the planning stages.

How long the Firm guaranteed for developed website?2020-05-30T18:47:45+00:00

Every website that we create by us for the client has a guarantee of 90 days (depends on the web auth handing over). After this period, and because the full access to the website’s data is enabled for our clients, we cannot accept the responsibility if the website is hacked, is down, or dysfunctional, since we no longer have a complete control over the way the website is used.

Software which provides the use of the website and which is associated with the website, such as WordPress or WordPress plug-ins, becomes your property and it is your responsibility to ensure that such software is updated in a timely manner in order to ensure the continuous work of the website. We offer website maintenance packages that cover the software update, and we offer it as an additional service.

Ownership of the project, code, and design belongs to the client, who is also responsible for all the information that is on the website.

What are the Payment and Deposit Terms and conditions?2020-05-30T18:56:11+00:00

Prior to any activity, it is necessary to make an advance payment, which acts as a security measure for Res Opera’s human and technical resources. The advance payment is 50% of the overall project cost, unless the offer defines a lower or a higher percentage of advance payment depending on the size and the type of the project. We will use our legal right to claim interest in accordance with commercial law, if the client has not paid the debt or if they have broken the payment deadline (stated value date).

All amounts (funds) paid to Res Opera are non-refundable because they serve as a security measure and a reserve of both human and technical resources, and they are a guarantee to work upon the project. If the paid amount is larger than what is owed by the pro forma invoice, the rest will remain in your account as a loan, which can be used for any service we offer.

The advance payment (deposit) will be taken as your intention to continue your cooperation with us until the completion of the project for which we are engaged, and it obliges you to make a full payment once the project is completed.

How to accept an Offer?2020-05-30T19:00:55+00:00

Before starting the project and doing any kind of a work on your behalf, we need your approval to proceed as a confirmation that you agree that the project can start. Payment of your deposit (advance payment) will be considered as your confirmation to continue, if the funds are needed at this stage. If not, such an approval must be given in written form – by an e-mail or a letter – no project will start until we get the approval.

Do I need a content-managed website?2020-05-30T20:10:02+00:00

Answer the following questions to understand the actual response:

  • Do you update your website often?
  • Do you want to upgrade your website and expand the number of pages over time?
  • Do you want to be webmaster-independent?

If the answer to any of these questions is “yes”, implementing a Content Management System (CMS) will help your business grow and become more competitive. On the other hand, if you do not need a dynamic website, please refer to our web development sector for static web solutions.

How does a custom Content Management System (CMS) work?2020-05-30T20:11:17+00:00

We develop a CMS adjusted to your needs based on powerful frameworks and flexible fast-load platforms that enable complex solutions. Each CMS has a back-end administrator section adjusted to a layman user. Update goes through the user interface simply and intuitively. Data is stored in a database and it can be observed in the website front-end section which visitors can see.
